Biography

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. I am the Head of the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. I was the Coordinator of Postgraduate Programmes in the Faculty of Law and a member of the University of Ilorin Postgraduate Board of Studies. I have successfully supervised about Twenty (20) Master’s Degree students and I currently supervise about Five (5) Ph.D. students. I have acted as a resource person in many Workshops locally and internationally, particularly at the Workshop on the Future of Decentralisation: Co-existence and Co-prosperity targeted at the Unification of South and North Korea organized by the Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul & Korea Legislative Research Institute on the 20th of June, 2018. I am a Member of Human Dignity: A Constitutional Principle Research Group of the International Association of Constitutional Law Scholars.
