Dr. Okene Hamza Abdulazeez

Hamza Okene ABDULAZEEZ is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. He has served at various departmental, faculty, and university committee levels and board representatives and currently serving as Level Adviser of the 2022 final year students. His research interest cuts across electoral law, administrative law, constitutional law, and health rights/medical law. He has to his credit over 23 publications in reputable outlets covering journals and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised over 20 Undergraduate students in various areas of law, co-supervised a Ph.D. thesis and currently supervising 2 Ph.D.; co-supervising 2 M.Phil./Ph.D.; and supervising 2 LL.M. candidates. Dr. Abdulazeez is a member of many professional bodies (Nigerian Bar Association and Nigerian association of Law Teachers). He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Notary Public.
