Prof. Lukman Adebisi Abdulrauf is currently a Professor in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. He was formerly the Sub-Dean (Academic) of the Postgraduate School and the Faculty of Law Representative on the Postgraduate School Board. His research interest is comparative constitutional law concerning the digital ecosystem, data protection law, and regulation of emerging technologies. Prof. Abdulrauf has published several articles and chapters in international and national journals and books. He has also presented his research at various international conferences.
