Rilwan Funsho MAHMOUD, is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. He has served on various departmental, faculty, and university committees. He has authored several publications with a focus on Electronic Evidence, Artificial Intelligence, and Procedural law. He has supervised both Masters and Doctoral dissertations and theses. He teaches a number of courses in the Department of Public Law including Civil and Criminal Procedure law.
