Biography

Mr. Oluwaseye Thompson Adeboye is a lecturer at the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria, where he stands out as a resourceful legal professional, law teacher and a thought leader in emerging areas of law. During his academic journey, he distinguished himself by graduating as the best-graduating student of the Department of Common Law and the best graduating student of the Faculty of Law in 2011. His pursuit of excellence continued at the Nigerian Law School, where he graduated with a First Class Degree in 2012 and secured the title of the 2nd Overall Best Graduating Student, also winning the prestigious T.O.S Benson prize.

In addition to his academic achievements, Oluwaseye holds a Master’s degree from the University of Ilorin and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. Renowned for his global intellect, Mr. Adeboye has developed expertise in AI, technology law, and general areas of public law. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). He is an enthusiastic writer and as such, has written several papers published nationally and internationally. On a personal note, he enjoys a contented family life, being happily married with children.
