Mrs. Ruqayyah Olaide Abdulaziz

Mrs. Ruqayyah Olaide ABDULAZIZ obtained her LLB degree in Common and Islamic Law in 2007 from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus, where she obtained my Bachelor of Law (BL) and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November 2008. She has been in active law practice since 2008. Mrs. Abdulaziz, later obtained her LL.M degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 2018 and Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Usman Dan Fadio University, Sokoto. Ruqayyah is currently a lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. Ruqayyah is a Notary Public of Nigeria and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. Her research interest cuts across different aspects of law (Medical Law, Criminal Law, International Human Rights Law, and Constitutional Law).
