Ibrahim IMAM, is a Professor in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin almost fifteen (15) years ago, teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has served as Level Adviser, Ag. Head of Department, Sub-Dean, and presently the Director of the Institute for Legislative Studies. His areas of research interest cover Constitutional and Constitutionalism, Legislation and Legislative Business, Evidence, Crime and Criminology, and Administrative Law.

He has to his credit over fifty-six (56) publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, books, and chapters in books. Professor Imam is a member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
